In Wembury Pre-school, every child is valued and cared for as an individual.

All children are very different; we recognise each child’s intellectual and physical abilities, with their communication and language being challenged and nurtured, so that they become confident lifelong learners.

Language is the key for lifelong learning.  We support high quality communication and language and positive behaviour at all times.  We believe these qualities will support your child’s attitude towards learning.

Our staff are highly qualified and experienced specialising in Early Years Education and run by a voluntary committee.

Our staff are chosen for their ability to encourage a fun-filled, safe, caring and stimulating early years learning environment.

Parents are important to us!

Parents receive a report each term on their child’s progress and are invited to meet with their child’s key worker to discuss any queries and concerns. We also have a Newsletter each term, to let you know what’s going on.

Every child has a WOW! Book to document their developmental progress and learning through play.

We offer an ‘Open Door’ policy where our staff are available to chat with you about any concerns that you may have.

We’re always striving to improve and we welcome all feedback at any time.
