What it costs you – details of funding available for your child and our fees
FUNDING (3/4 year olds)
Universal funding of 15 hours per week (570 hours per academic year) is available to all children from the start of the term after their third birthday.
Working Entitlement funding of an additional 15 hours a week, (giving children up to 30 hours a week (1140 hours per academic year)) is available subject to meeting the eligibility criteria.

FUNDING (2 year olds)

TARGETED 2 YEAR OLD FUNDING
Parents in receipt of certain qualifying benefits can check their eligibility for targeted 2 year old funding using the Citizens Portal at devon.cc/tyf or call the Customer Service Desk on

if they think they qualify and have not received an invitation to apply.
For children that have been awarded two year old funding by another Local Authority, please contact us with the child’s full legal name and date of birth along with a copy of the 2 year old funding evidence. to [email protected].
If you think you may be eligible, please apply via the Citizens Portal to obtain a code which you can give to us.

TAX FREE CHILDCARE
Tax-Free Childcare can be used towards our fees.
You can get Tax-Free Childcare at the same time as 15 or 30 hours free childcare if you’re eligible for both.
You can get up to £500 every 3 months (up to £2,000 a year) for each of your children to help with the costs of childcare. This goes up to £1,000 every 3 months if a child is disabled (up to £4,000 a year).
For every £8 you pay into this account, the government will pay in £2 to use to pay your provider.

SESSION FEES
Our current hourly rate for 2 year olds until the term after they turn 3 years old is £7.00 per hour
3 to 4 year olds from the term after they turn 3 is £6.00 per hour
BREAKFAST CLUB
Our Breakfast Club is for Pre-School children only.
The club runs between 8.00 am and 9.00 am Monday to Friday.
The current price for 2 year olds is:
8.00 to 9.00 £7.00
8.30 to 9.00 £3.50
The current price for 3 to 4 year olds is:
8.00 to 9.00 £6.00
8.30 to 9.00 £3.00
Booking is necessary for 8.00 am start by emailing [email protected] and requires 48 hours notice. Your booking will be confirmed by email.
8.30 am start can be attended on an ad-hoc basis.
Bills are issued half-termly in arrears.
Please note: All booked sessions will be charged once the booking has been confirmed and cannot be cancelled.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
After School Club is charged at £7.00 per hour for 2 year olds and £6.00 per hour for 3 to 4 year olds

SCHOOL UNIFORM
We ask that a uniform is worn to enable us to identify children easily and ensure that when we go off site to visit the school or onto the school field we can ensure their safety.
This in turn makes the children feel safe and secure and part of Pre-School.
Uniform requirements: Red T-Shirt with logo, red sweatshirt with logo and a book bag.
There are t-shirts (£6), sweatshirts (£10) and book bags (£6) available from the office.
Red /White gingham summer dresses can also be worn. These are available from most supermarkets and school uniform outlets.
